How we are Pushing this Event

Faculty in the admissions department has been sending out information about this seminar to the students who have been accepted into FAMU or FSU and to high schools though out the United States. We would like to have students get their first insight in the professional world by doing a met and greet. Having this event a week right before school will get students excited about their four years as an engineering student. There will tables set up for the engineering firms to display there information of any displays they may have with them.
One of the most important things we would like for students to keep in mind is when you have completed the program and get a job with a particular company, we would like you to come back and talk about there experience on the Young Engineers program. Having an alumni come back and talk to students always give it a more insight of the programs out come.
The Gregory and Harrison PR agency have been working hard to push the media to come out and cover this story. Once the community sees how the FAMU/FSU Engineering School has planned a different way of job search, word will get out and more local businesses will want to sign up. We have a little over a month to get the ball going on the event so follow us on twitter tlh_ future2011
